Parking & Towing Rules

The Wind Stream Association now has a tow company that will monitor the parking throughout the entire property.  This contract will become effective Monday, April 2, 2018.

As a reminder to all residents, you are to use your garage to park your vehicles.  Residents residing in buildings 1-11 who have a single garage and have two vehicles, a resident pass is available for your second car.  If you do not have a pass as of yet, please fill out the application completely and return it to Western States.  Vehicles parked outside must have this resident pass visibly hanging from the rear view mirror.

Per the Rules, NO vehicles are to be parked outside over night in front of the garage door.  Condominiums that do not have a full size concrete pad outside of their garage door may not park perpendicular or horizontal to the garage door during the day,
( buildings 12,13, 14, 15, 21, 32, 33, 34, 37, 38, 40, 41,42, )

Residents who have applied for reserved parking must also have a parking pass visible from the front window of the vehicle.

A visitor parking pass(red) is available for short term visits(two weeks), just contact Earl Johnson at Western States. Resident parking pass (blue) represents those vehicles which park outside.

Violators will be ticketed and have 72 hours to cure the violation. A second violation will result in the vehicle being towed without further notice.
